1. HelpAGI iOS App

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data from the HelpAGI app. All processing happens on your device:

• Content: The app loads publicly available article content from our content host. No account or personal information is required.
• On-device AI: Summaries, key points, and Q&A use Apple's on-device frameworks (e.g. NaturalLanguage). No data is sent to our servers or third parties.
• Local storage: Bookmarks and reading preferences are stored only on your device. We do not have access to them.

2. Face Data (Apps That Use Face Features)

Some of our apps (for example, passport or photo apps that link to this policy) may use on-device face detection to provide features such as photo cropping or formatting. For those apps:

• Face data is not retained. We do not store, save, or retain any face data.
• We do not store face data. Face data is used only temporarily on your device to provide the feature (e.g. positioning and cropping). We have no reason to store it and we do not do so.
• Length of storage: Face data is not stored for any period. It exists only in memory during processing and is discarded immediately afterward.
• Third parties: We do not share face data with any third parties.
• Reasons for sharing: We do not share face data; therefore there are no such reasons.
• Third-party storage: No third parties receive or store face data from our apps. There are no third-party face data storage practices to describe.

3. Help AGI Website (helpagi.blog)

When you visit our website:

• Server logs: Our host may record basic technical data (e.g. IP address, browser type, access time) for security and operation. We do not use this to identify you personally.
• Cookies: We use only cookies that are strictly necessary for site operation (if any). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Contact: If you contact us by email or a contact form, we use the information you provide only to respond. We do not sell or share it for marketing.
